Swim-A-Thon Coordinator Needed for 2026-2027

The Huron Hurricanes Aquatic Club is seeking a volunteer Swim-A-Thon Coordinator to help lead one of our most important fundraising initiatives for the upcoming season.

This is a non-executive volunteer position that serves as the primary contact for Swim-A-Thon activities and is listed on the club’s affiliation paperwork with Swim Ontario.

No previous Swim-A-Thon experience is required. Support will be provided by Swim Ontario, club leadership, and committee members.

Event Coordination

Coordinate HHAC’s annual Swim-A-Thon with Swim Ontario and help organize event timelines throughout the season.

Team Collaboration

Work with both pool facilities, the HHAC Swim-A-Thon Committee, and club leadership to support successful delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating HHAC’s annual Swim-A-Thon with Swim Ontario
Working with both pool facilities to schedule and organize events
Collaborating with the HHAC Swim-A-Thon Committee
Assisting with communications, fundraising resources, and logistics
Supporting the successful delivery of Swim-A-Thon events throughout the season

New for 2026-2027

We are excited to explore opportunities to include our Masters swimmers in the Swim-A-Thon program as well.
