LAC AGE GROUP NOTHERS FALL INVITATIONAL

HHAC, get excited to race in London! Our first multi-day meet of the season!

📌 IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• This meet is 3 days or 3 sessions per age group, with finals for 13 and over. (It is not mandatory to attend all three days)

• Cost: $16.00 per swimmer per individual event except 800/1500; $20.00 per swimmer  800/1500 individual events; $20.00 per relay team entry split 4 ways.

• Reminder that all Competitive swimmers are required to attend at least 50% of the meets that the club attends.

• Head Coach Rebecca will assume you are attending and you WILL be charged for the meet if you do not decline. This is a VERY important step.

• Once Head Coach Rebecca selects events for each swimmer, the club will invoice and process meet fees (as these must be paid to the host club when entries are submitted).

• Remember to check back after the entry deadline to see what events your swimmer has been entered into.

• 🔔 Reminder: It is your responsibility to check that the meet package has not changed. The current meet package can always be found on the Swim Canada website: here  or under the events, meets and results tab on the website.

✅ Steps for the Accept/Decline Process:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on the meet.

3. Select Accept or Decline.

4. If you select Accept, you will have the option to confirm which days/sessions they are attending. Example: If you plan on attending Friday, please check all sessions related to your age group on Friday, if you are attending Saturday, please check all session related to your age groups on Saturday, etc..
